Non-personalized items such as foil sheets may be returned within 14 business days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, provided the items are returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. You must contact us prior to returning your order. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
As your chocolate bar wrappers have been created especially for you, they cannot be resold and so may not be returned for a refund. However, we will gladly reprint your order and send it to you at our expense under the following circumstances:
You are required to notify us of the above within 3 days of receipt of your order. If eligible for a replacement order, we will endeavour to reprint your wrappers as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification when your replacement order has shipped.
Shipping charges, design/artwork setup fees, and rush processing fees are not refundable.
In the event you are eligible for a reprint order (see above), you have two options:
Please note, as a food item chocolate bars may not be returned/refunded for any reason, including damage from heat in transit. During the summer months, insulated packaging is included with your shipping rate. At all other times, insulated packaging is available to you as an optional add-on. We are experts at packing chocolate to protect it from the heat when shipping in warm weather.
Colours viewed on-screen may differ from actual print colours. The settings, quality, and calibration of your monitor will determine any variation. We do not accept returns based on colour differences. We recommend ordering a sample kit if you wish to confirm how colours will appear on paper.
If you indicated that you did not require a proof to review and approve before printing (by selecting either fast or rush processing), we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on your printed wrappers.
We always endeavor to process and ship your order accurately and completely. However, if you are missing items in your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order with details of the missing items. We will ship the missing items to you (at our expense) as soon as possible based on our current order processing times.
If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging and its contents and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. Most shipping providers require notification of damages within 48 hours of delivery of the package. If you selected an insured shipping method when you placed your order, we will contact the shipping provider to make a claim against the insured value of the package and replace the damaged items. The shipping provider may contact you and request that the package be inspected by an agent.
While we always do our best to ensure that your product arrives safely and in perfect condition, WhimsyWraps cannot be responsible for chocolate bars that melt or otherwise become damaged during shipping.
