Our Order Process

We take great pride in personally handling every order we receive — from start to finish, your order will be managed and prepared with exceptional care and attention to detail by a friendly member of our team. As every order is unique, our design process is not automated; a real graphic artist will work with you every step of the way. Designer Creates Artwork

After your paid order is received, one of our in-studio graphic artists will get to work creating artwork especially for you with your chosen colours, text, and any other personalization in place.

Proofing & Customer Approval

You will receive an email of your proof artwork to review within 1-2 business days. Now is the time to work with us to perfect your wrappers — text, colour, or minor layout changes can be requested, and up to two rounds of proof revisions are included with your order. Once you’re happy with your proof, send us your final approval by email. Nothing is printed without your approval!

Perfect Printing & Assembly

Once approved, your order will be printed on our professional digital printing press and accurately cut to the specifications of your selected chocolate bar variety. If your order contains chocolate bars, they will be assembled with care and attention to detail.

Carefully Packed & Shipped

Your order will be thoroughly checked for accuracy before being carefully packaged to ship via your selected shipping method. All wrappers and chocolate bars are shipped with protection in mind, and our packing process is designed to ensure your final product arrives in perfect condition.
