To join in the efforts to socially distance and stop the spread of COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.

Our website is open and operational during this time. To ensure the highest level of safety for our employees and customers, we have reduced the number of days we are actively printing, packaging and shipping orders per week which means production times are presently longer than usual.

We are doing our best to keep our website regularly updated with accurate production times and delivery estimates. When placing an order online, during the checkout process our website will provide estimated delivery dates. While we are doing our best to adhere to the stated delivery estimates, there are inevitable delays in production, stock availability, and shipping.

We monitor every order during the production process and a member of our customer service team will contact any affected customers in the event any delay arises.

Chocolate Shipments Temporarily Suspended During Warm Weather: Our shipping partners are not currently able to reliably honour their normal delivery guarantees and cannot promise your chocolate bars will arrive in the best condition. As a result we’ve had to make the unfortunate decision to suspend the option to order assembled chocolate bars this summer. Please read our important notice.

Shipping Transit Delays: All shipping providers are warning of service impacts relating to COVID-19. Customers may experience delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process increased parcel volumes. Please see notices from Canada Post and UPS for the latest information.

Limited Restocking: We have limited ability to restock some of our products, including foil sheets, due to supply chain issues. We will do our best to fulfill any orders that we receive, but items may be back-ordered for an unknown length of time. As items may be unavailable for an undetermined time, any orders we’re unable to fulfill will be cancelled with a full refund.
