Canada Post still experiencing delayed deliveries

The timely delivery of your order is important to us.

Canada Post is working to stabilize operations after the end of the rotating strikes. With their delivery network currently facing unprecedented backlogs, Canada Post is warning customers that they should continue to expect package delivery delays for the next several weeks and into early 2019.

Due to these unprecedented backlogs, Canada Post has suspended its delivery standard guarantees for all services until further notice. Any Canada Post estimated delivery dates provided by our website when placing your order do not take these service delays into account.

Presently we continue to offer a full selection of Canada Post shipping options to choose from when placing your order. However, there is still a very high possibility delivery delays may occur.

If your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend selecting a UPS shipping method. If you select a Canada Post delivery method, your package may be delayed.
