Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us with your 6-digit order number if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

If you order has already been printed or has shipped, please read about returning an order.

You may cancel your order provided it has not yet reached “preparation/complete” status. You can view your order status online at any time. Depending on the status of your order, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation fees do not apply to non-personalized, non-customized items.

If you cancel within 24 hours of order placement and no proof has been sent, there is no fee to cancel.

If you cancel after 24 hours, or after your proof has been sent (whichever is sooner), there is a cancellation fee of $20 per design to cover the time spent preparing your artwork.

If you cancel after your order has been printed, you will receive a refund of your shipping cost only. After an order has shipped, no cancellation, refunds or returns are possible on any personalized items.

Rush orders may not typically be cancelled as they are sent to production immediately after they are received. If you have placed a rush order and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. If cancellation of a rush order is possible, it will be subject to the fees above in addition to the $15 rush fee, which is non-refundable upon purchase.

If you are cancelling a paid order that is eligible for cancellation, you will receive a refund confirmation from us within 2 days with details of your refund minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Please note, sample kits are not refundable under any circumstance.
