Our Insulated Packaging Kit is designed to fit approximately 120 standard size chocolate bars or up to 300 miniature chocolates.
Each kit includes:
- 1 extra large foil laminated bubble bag
- 4 Reusable 8oz Refrigerant Gel Packs (refrigerant gel stays colder than ice, is non-toxic and food safe)
We recommend including our Insulated Packaging Kits with chocolate orders shipped to warm weather locations (above 75˙F) or during hot summer months of May, June, July, August, and September.
If you have any questions or if you are not sure if you should include insulated packaging for your order, please contact us and we can check the extended weather forecast for your region and transit points in between.
Our Insulated Packaging Kit provides protection for approximatly 24-48 hours (varies based on temperature conditions) - select either an overnight (UPS Express) or 2 day (UPS Expedited) shipping method at checkout.
Please order a sufficent quantity of kits based on the total quantity of chocolate bars in your order.
